The Hong Kong Red Cross is committed to providing humanitarian support to vulnerable people affected by disasters and emergency crises. We provide services to meet urgent needs before, during or after the disaster. To reinforce public awareness and capabilities in disaster preparedness, we actively promote the knowledge to the public. 
To sustainably enhance local disaster response capabilities, the "Community Resilience Partnership Programme" is implemented to enhance corporate coordination and support for the local community, establish a safety network.
