The "Multicultural Medication Education Workshop," funded by the SIE Fund, aims to promote proper medication usage among multicultural communities. Featuring multicultural pharmacists as speakers and partnering with various organizations, the workshop seeks to enhance participants' understanding of medication and improve their management skills. Additionally, public health and pharmacy students are involved in designing teaching materials, fostering greater awareness and sensitivity to cultural differences. Meanwhile, the "PharmCare Healthcare Solution" introduces a comprehensive approach to community healthcare. It includes a community pharmacy system, an AI-powered chatbot for pharmacy support, and a free medication management app. Currently, the community pharmacy system has been implemented in eight pharmacies, boosting service efficiency, advancing primary healthcare development, and elevating the overall health standards within the community.
