Happy-Retired Charity Action (HRCA) mainly targets local young-old (aged 50+), including retired people and people planning to retire. It provides diversified services such as job and volunteer matching, training, career consultation and physical training to help them construct a more meaningful second life and unleash their potential. We also serve as a bridge between employers and young-old, certifying organizations as "50+ Age-Friendly Employers," organizing capacity building workshops and hosting recruitment fairs for young-old to promote age-friendly workplaces, to achieve age diversity and inclusivity, and foster cross generation and sustainable development. Young-old can equip themselves through our diverse services, contribute to society, and maintain physical and mental health to live a more fulfilling second life. As HRCA celebrates its 10th Anniversary, we keep promoting age diversity and inclusion, to foster Positive Aging.
