This service provides employment skills training and entrepreneurial guidance to people aged 50 or above.

In terms of employment skills training, we provide “career counselling service”, whereby young olds with rich experience in the industry can provide industry and career guidance to those in need. We organize workshops focusing on inter-generational communication, positive psychology and digital skills to enhance the soft skills of young olds. In terms of business start-up guidance, we provide seminars to help the elderly to start a second business, such as how to identify market demand. In addition, the service also includes corporate visits to enhance the understanding and adaptability of young olds in different industries.
