According to the statistics from the RainLily, a Sexual Violence Crisis Support Center in Hong Kong, the majority of sexual harassment cases (43.1%) occur in the workplace. We provide Training on Prevention and Handling of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace, covering topics such as defining sexual harassment, the legal responsibilities of companies regarding sexual harassment, how to respond to sexual harassment, and how management should handle complaints of sexual harassment. The content will also incorporate recommendations from members of the "SHE Sexual Harassment Awareness Advocacy Group" based on their personal experiences, assisting companies in identifying blind spots in their sexual harassment policies and improving mechanisms to enhance gender equality awareness.

We aim to establish connections with corporates and explore opportunities for collaboration related to gender equality and the prevention of sexual harassment. This could include engaging in activities such as the Human Library with survivors sharing their stories, having the "SHE Sexual Harassment Awareness Advocacy Group" review corporates’ prevention mechanisms, and supporting the Sexual Harassment Survivor Empowerment Program.
