YM HAIR is a social enterprise hair salon located in Shek Mun, Sha Tin. Committed to the principles of training, employment, entrepreneurship, and community service, we offer on-the-job training opportunities for at-risk youth, empowering them to develop motivation, set goals, and acquire valuable skills.

Our programmes not only teach youth essential haircutting techniques but also emphasise the importance of excellent customer service. In collaboration with local businesses, we organise community outreach events that offer free haircuts, allowing our youth to give back to society while honing their skills. By equipping these young individuals with practical expertise and a sense of social responsibility, we aim to help them build confidence and a brighter future.
