"One Take Limited" is a social enterprise, the first of its kind in Hong Kong that partners with lawyers, doctors and funeral planners to provide a one-stop professional service, which assists the underprivileged and general public to arrange their (1) Will, (2) Enduring Power of Attorney, (3) Advanced Directive in relation to Medical Treatment, (4) Advanced Funeral Planning and (5) Life Story.  Jointly launched with social enterprises “ForeverGift.hk” and “Keep It Simple”, and co-funded by the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund, Lee Hysan Foundation, ZeShan Foundation and Wu Jieh Yee Charitable Foundation, the team is committed to promoting advance care and end-of-life planning in Hong Kong through public education and professional consultation services, so that everyone in our community could be better prepared for the future of their own and their loved ones.
