Hang Seng Youth Career Planning Scheme (supported by Hang Seng Bank) & Key to Success 2.0 (supported by Hongkong Land HOME FUND) are providing career assessment and planning, industrial-based exploration, job attachment, employment service and entrepreneurship support & seed money to disadvantaged youths, including but not limited to young ex-offenders, ethnically diverse youth and youths in mental recovery; via matching resources to widen their career horizons and break their limitation on career development, hence promoting their upward mobility.
