To enhance support for working carers, our agency conducted a survey to investigate the needs and support of Working Carers in December 2023. To raise public awareness of the importance and needs of working carers and cultivate a carer-support working environment, a luncheon was held for our users and carers in late January 2024. Highlights of the survey was shared in the luncheon and to bring attention to the community and media on carers at work. Furthermore, a carer -centric support service website was launched on the same day to facilitate the service delivery and to encourage carers to seek help whenever needed. It covers information on our carer-centric services provided for children, elderly and persons with disabilities to jointly promote carer support.
