BGCA is now operating Social Welfare Department’s subvented Pre-school Rehabilitation Services, including On-site Pre-school Rehabilitation Services (OPRS), Special Child Care Centre cum Early Education and Training Centre (SCCC cum EETC), and Training Subsidy Programme for Children on the Waiting List of Subvented Pre-school Rehabilitation Services (TSP). This one-stop service portal with interdisciplinary professional teams offers early intervention for children who are waiting for rehabilitation services of the SWD. By strengthening the bonds between families, schools, and communities, we nurture a socially inclusive environment in schools and communities.
