Large-scale Event (Kids Market)
In 2023, we collaborated with The Mills to organise a Kids Market where children got to step into various roles such as planning, designing products or games, promoting and managing their own booth. This hands-on experience allowed children to understand the basics of entrepreneurship firsthand. Moreover, these Kids Owners learned to communicate with customers, which honed their social skills and boosted their confidence. By bringing their unique and creative ideas to life, the children were able to create lasting memories while cultivating their independence, decision-making abilities, and sense of responsibility. 

Staff Training 
CIL offers interactive staff training, including Happy Lego Bricks and positive communication workshops. The aim is to improve employees' communication skills in their personal and professional lives. By focusing on affirmative interaction, employees learn how to build and maintain positive interpersonal relationships. The process involves mutual communication, sharing, and reflection to encourage active listening and appreciation among team members, fostering an environment of active listening and appreciation among participants. Ultimately, this fosters a more cohesive team environment and enhances overall communication effectiveness.
