YWCA has always been providing women-oriented services and caring for women's needs. We ensure that women of different ages and at different stages of lives can receive appropriate and timely assistance. Through the display of our services, we hope to make the difficulties encountered by women visible and understandable to our partners, and solicit support and resources to help those in need, such as offering jobs to grassroots women who wish to join the workforce again to increase income and improve the quality of life; introducing family-friendly measures to help women who are also carers to balance work and family; providing young mothers with internships to broaden their horizons which are essential for upward mobility; and inviting women to join corporate activities to put what they have learnt into practice and to enhance self-confidence.
