Exhibitor Detail:
Using the theme "Navigating Women's Lives Beyond Constraints," we share the stories of women from different ethnic backgrounds, highlighting their struggles due to restricted life planning and cultural differences. By sharing the "Wonder Women" — Ethnic Minorities Women Empowerment Project and the "Ma.ma.pai" —Employment Support Program for Grassroots Women, we aim to share the ways of enabling women to explore possibilities beyond their families, thereby taking control of their lives and promoting their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The program provides training for women from different ethnic backgrounds, allowing them to showcase their innate skills and talents by combining various techniques to create different types of products. Women who prioritize family can choose to make products at home, taking care of their families while earning subsidies and gaining a sense of accomplishment. The program also regularly organizes handmade markets and teaches craft courses for women, ensuring their talents are recognized. In addition to empowering them, these activities promote social inclusion and mutual respect among different ethnic groups.
