Rising Together: “Craft” our Synergy in “Good” Action🆙 SideBySide is committed to fostering social inclusion and poverty alleviation through innovative housing support services. Two housing projects will be presented: 1. Asia’s First Youth Foyer – Jockey Club Key House Jockey Club ‘Craft Your Life Together’ Co-living Community Project (JCCCP) integrates the UK’s Foyer Approach with the Recovery Model from mental health sector to create a Synergistic Co-living Model. Targeting out-of-home youths and persons in recovery, the project offers holistic support in life and career development, capability building, and community integration. 2. Transitional Housing – Good Mansion and Good House: Guided by the H.O.M.E. Framework (Health, Opportunity, Meaning of Living, Engaging people) and supported by the JC Project LIFT, these models equip low-income families with seven key skills to break the cycle of poverty and secure stable housing. Interactive Highlights: - Cross-sector Collaboration: Partnered with institutions to co-create innovative solutions inspired by global poverty-alleviation models. - An immersive game “Poverty Simulation Challenge” and Live 'n' Learn Online Learning Platform will be presented
