Our primary objective is to empower neurodiverse youth to successfully integrate into society, unlock their potential, and secure meaningful employment. Despite the Hong Kong government's efforts in promoting inclusive policies, many educated neurodiverse individuals continue to face challenges in finding suitable job opportunities, with their employment rates falling below the average for higher education graduates. Neurodiverse individuals bring valuable qualities such as hard work, loyalty, and unique perspectives. We are committed to shifting the conversation from disability to capability, highlighting their strengths through customized training and career counseling in partnership with educational institutions, businesses, and community organizations. This approach not only bridges the gap between education and employment but also exemplifies cross-sector collaboration (SDG 17). Our mission includes fostering a deeper understanding of inclusive work environments and advocating for policies that support neurodiverse individuals. By creating a more inclusive ecosystem, we aim to facilitate the successful transition of neurodiverse youth into the workforce.
