The programme aims to utilize existing catering resources (e.g. manpower, equipment) within the community, such as dessert shops, bakeries, and restaurants, along with relevant coaching on production, to provide these stakeholders with the opportunity to acquire new skills and explore business opportunities for supplying care food to nearby long-term care facilities. In addition to creating more job opportunities and introducing new forces into care food supplies, the programme also aims to enhance the quality of local care food production through training and certification.
