People On Board Social Enterprise, established in April 2012 in Hong Kong, is a social enterprise founded by Thomas Wong (黃頌行) who integrated his experience as a social worker serving youth and parent groups. The core business of People On Board is to collaborate with different commercial enterprises, government departments, or welfare organizations to design and publish original board games suitable for family use in Hong Kong. The organization aims to achieve four social objectives: promoting high-quality parent-child relationships, preventing video game addiction, promoting local cultural and creative industries, and creating employment opportunities.
