Rhys Workshop is a Hong Kong based design studio and garment factory, offering one-stop ESG solutions to corporates including fabric recycling and material procurement, product design, product manufacturing, and experiential workshops, to create greater social impact and promote sustainable development.

The current production team is composed of grassroots women and individuals in mental recovery. We have created a work environment that values flexibility and accommodates their unique skills and personal circumstances. We offer opportunities for handcrafting, sewing, and sew-at-home arrangements, allowing them to leverage their strengths and establish an independent and self-reliant life.
