Dialogue in the Dark (DID) is committed to reducing workplace inequality and empowering People of Differences (PoDs), including visually impaired individuals, hearing impaired individuals, physically impaired individuals, people with learning difficulties and people with ADHD. Through providing job training, job shadowing, job matching, specific Industry segment training, and upskilling programs for highly educated PoDs, we provide comprehensive career development support to enhance their professional capabilities and competitiveness, achieving over 85% employment rate. Additionally, our "Inclusive 100" Movement collaborates with 100 companies to create 100 job opportunities, fostering inclusive workplaces and creating equal opportunities for PoDs. Breaking new ground, we organized the first large-scale inclusive sports event, the "I&D Arena", bringing together corporate partners and PoDs to promote inclusion through sports, showcasing the spirit of inclusion and the limitless potential of PoDs.
