Dialogue in the Dark organized various empowerment programs for People of Differences with post-secondary Education. People of Differences include visually impaired individuals, hearing impaired individuals, physically impaired individuals, people with learning difficulties and people with ADHD, they are facing difficulties in finding jobs even if they have graduated from college. To improve their competitiveness, we provide trainees with job training, job shadowing, and job matching. Until March 2024, over 147 PoDs have participated in Dialogue in the Dark’s empowerment programs with over 85% employment rate.
