There are about 530,000 People of Differences (e.g. visually impaired, deaf, etc.) in Hong Kong, and more than 10% of them are facing unemployment. To improve the unemployment problem of People of Differences, Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation is committed to promoting inclusive employment. We strive to raise awareness of inclusive employment among enterprises through corporate workshops and I&D experiences, provide inclusive workplace training for enterprises and employers, and organize training programs for People of Differences, so as to actively integrate the talented People of Differences into the workplace.
