CAREREPS Platform created a membership scheme of “CAREREPS” card to raise the public awareness. We hope that carers can be identified, be recognized and support in this program.

1.	To recognize carer’s identity & efforts in community 
2.	To provide information, carer privileges discounts & services 
3.	To receive carer related information in a convenience way 
4.	To introduce the related services for carers
