Most people, whether they are students, parents, working class or the retired, have to face different kinds of pressure. They may be emotionally affected.  We care about the mental health of the public. Our Counselling Unit provides art therapy, counselling workshops and talks etc., which are suitable for people with different backgrounds. 

We especially care about the mental health of adolescents. Therefore, we have prepared a series of mental health programmes targeting adolescents. Among them is setting up a “Mobile Caring Café”, which we hope will enable us to identify young people who are, or are at high risk of becoming, emotionally distressed. To help them deal with any emotional problems they may be facing, we will arrange stress-busting activities such as floral tea tasting, coffee art, music therapy, art therapy and crafting making.
