Centered around lifelong learning and co-creation, we provide a series of workshops and experiential activities, inviting older adults and students to participate. This allows older adults to share their life stories with students. Additionally, through lifelong learning and co-creation, we collaborate to design services or products for other seniors in need, fostering intergenerational empathy. From understanding, cooperation, to implementation, our aim is to achieve intergenerational harmony. Simultaneously, we provide students with insights into the prospects of elderly care industry, encouraging them to plan their career paths early and develop a renewed appreciation and understanding of elderly care services.
