We hope to use the 330 well-being index which is jointly developed by New Life and Professor Winnie Wing-sze MAK from the Department of Psychology of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. The term dayday330 comes from the homophony of the three Cantonese words “body” (3), “mind” (3), and “spirit” (0). This new measure of well-being correlates significantly with other established measures of well-being. We aim to increase public awareness of mental health.
