Hong Kong Eating Disorders Association Limited
Exhibitor Detail:
When body image is no longer just a topic for women, and going to the gym becomes a lifestyle trend, body anxiety may be a common yet largely ignored mental struggle. "Size determines attitude" suggests that wearing a size S feels like a form of self-affirmation, while wearing a size L feels like a shame that needs to be hidden. The body culture behind clothing has silently constructed our views on beauty and ourselves.
"纺Zone" is a "clothing pop-up store" co-created by individuals affected by eating disorders and the public. It invites the public and those affected by eating disorders to release their "body image obsessions" and understand that there is more than one definition of body shape. The anxieties that bind the spirit can be set aside, allowing everyone to embrace the body image they love.
