"Building a Carer-Friendly Workplace" The needs of carers are diverse, and the issues related to carers' employment are also deeply related to the economy, personal ability and value. Among them, a carer-friendly workplace is an important element in unleashing the carer workforce. Key stakeholders include the business sector, the social welfare sector, the general public and the carers themselves. Through a simple assessment and a series of experiential activities and sharing, we will help stakeholders understand how to gradually build a carer-friendly workplace, and the relationship between carer-friendly workplace and corporate ESG. We will work with local businesses and NGOs (as employers) to devise workable approaches; Listen to caregivers' vision for re-entering the workforce.
