Kwoon Chung Inclusive and Accessible Transport Services Company Limited (KCIS) is a registered charitable organization aimed at providing safe and convenient rehabus services for people with mobility difficulties. KCIS is funded by the Labour and Welfare Bureau and supervised by the Transport Department. The "Feeder Service" and "Weekend Recreational Rehabus Service" primarily transport people with mobility difficulties to and from hospitals, clinics and MTR stations on weekdays, and to Hong Kong’s tourist attractions on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Additionally, KCIS provides a self-financed rehabus rental service, allowing people with mobility difficulties to plan their trips more flexibly and travel with ease. KCIS affiliated company, Kwoon Chung Bus Holdings Limited will launch its first self-financed cross-border rehabus "Joyful Travel", in collaboration with the "Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power". This cross-border inclusion program aims to enable people with mobility difficulties and their families to travel and participate in exchange activities in the Greater Bay Area via the Shenzhen Bay, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao or Liantang Port, achieving the goal of cross-border inclusion.
