Established in 2011, Fullness Social Enterprises Society (FSES) was Hong Kong's first non-profit organisation formed by knowledge volunteers. FSES is dedicated to promoting social innovation and entrepreneurship development in Hong Kong for societal betterment through gathering a team of pracademic and knowledge volunteers from diverse professions. FSES has built a cross-sector platform that bring together government, NGO, social enterprise, education, civic society and business sectors to foster social entrepreneurship in Hong Kong. FSES has developed a structured and practical Social Entrepreneurship Body of Knowledge (SE-BoK). The goal is to promote social innovation and entrepreneurship practice with knowledge and facilitate city transformation.
