" The Down's Kwan Ngai Service Team," a social enterprise certified by the Hong Kong Quality Assurance Agency, is dedicated to promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) culture in companies. Since 2016, we have assisted businesses in overcoming the challenges of employing people with disabilities through systematic solutions. Addressing social issues such as the low employment rate of people with disabilities and the lack of workplace inclusion, we pioneered the "Three Observations and Two Attitudes" practical framework, providing dual-track solutions from corporate culture formation to frontline execution. Our core services cover three main pillars: designing pre-employment training systems for disabled employees, establishing a "Post-Employment Support Mechanism" with professional social workers continually following up on workplace adaptation, and the exclusive development of the "Tools-Procedures-Environment" three-dimensional observation method (Three Observations). This helps companies optimize the job design for disabled employees from aspects such as workflow innovation, auxiliary tool application, and environmental adaptation. Coupled with the two core concepts of "Positive Attitude" and "Strengths-Based" (Two Attitudes), we effectively alleviate frontline team management anxiety. Over the past three years, we have facilitated stable employment for more than 150 people with disabilities. In 2023, we became a certified disability employment support organization for ESG (Social Services), marking that companies can simultaneously practice social responsibility and sustainable development goals through our services. This exhibition will debut the "DEI Culture Construction Assessment Tool," demonstrating how data-driven indicators assist companies in gradual transformation and create a win-win workplace ecosystem for people with disabilities and enterprises.
