Excessive long working hours and occupational pain problem are common norm in Hong Kong. World Health Organization (WHO) recognizes that these issues can have negative impacts on sleep disturbance, and both physical and mental health, and ultimately a decrease in both the quality of life and work output. We focus on strategic planning to promote health among our targeted users, particularly corporate employees. As a team of multi-disciplinary primary health care providers, we will offer Wellness Programme in which the content is co-designed with the employers that have been proved to be helpful and enjoyable. A statistical report of their health status and recommendations will also be available for the employers to formulate a longterm plan to improve the health for their employees. Our booth will serve as a co-designing platform for designing a wellness program that engages both employees and targeted employers. . We will feature portable devices for on-site health assessments, including Electrocardiography (EKG) and PASESA (a non-invasive blood vessel health assessment), available for demonstrations. We will also demonstrate practical examples of onsite wellness programme activities. They include Tui-na by Chinese medicine practitioners; urban farming products and activity content by CFSC GREEN services to demonstrate how it contributing to improving mental wellness. Our mocktail workshops by our registered dietitian help employees learn how to enjoy healthy and flavorful eating during social gathering, while the aromatherapeutic bag workshops demonstrations by our sleep coaches help to understand the importance of good sleep quality.
