Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service Rehabilitation Services Department aims to foster collaboration with various stakeholders to promote the holistic development and enhancement of work skills for persons with disabilities and individuals with high-functioning autism. Our goal is to establish partnerships with stakeholders from different sectors, launching internship and recruitment programs that help businesses understand the potential of persons with disabilities and high-functioning autism. We also encourage companies to participate in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, particularly in environmental enhancement and sustainable development (ESG). We are committed to discovering the uniqueness of persons with disabilities through personalized service plans that assist them in developing vocational skills, interpersonal relationships, and independent living. We also help them find suitable employment opportunities to enhance their economic and social potential and support their self-sufficiency in the open job market. Our booth features a social media wall where participants can take photos and share their experiences, along with live demonstrations of handicraft production, showcasing their talents and creativity to enhance understanding of social inclusivity.
