LoveXpress is dedicated to supporting the autistic community through three core programs: Public Awareness, SEN Family Support, and SEN Career Support, which have led to the creation of three social enterprises. The SEN Career Support initiative specifically emphasizes upskilling while offering internship and employment opportunities for youths with special educational needs. Our social enterprise café, The Edible Projects, has partnered with Rosewood Hong Kong to launch a meaningful initiative. This program not only offers internship opportunities for youths with special educational needs but also allows them to gain valuable experience in a real work environment, enhancing their social skills and fostering a positive mindset and independence. We will showcase how upcycled items from Rosewood Hong Kong have been transformed into beautiful products, creating new employment opportunities. These products reflect the creativity and skills of the youths while emphasizing the importance of environmental sustainability. Through these projects, we aim to challenge societal biases against youths with special educational needs and raise awareness of their potential and value.
