Exhibitor Detail:
Our exhibition features the "Career SENse Program," designed for youth aged 16 to 24 with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The program aims to improve career development skills and raise awareness of inclusive workplaces for SEN youth. By upholding a strengths-based approach, we help them discover their abilities, explore interests, and navigate career paths, while supporting them through the transition from education to employment. The program offers practical skills training and emotional management techniques, tailored to the unique needs of SEN youth. It includes self-awareness, career exploration, and workplace preparation, enhancing their adaptability and supporting their growth during internships and entry-level jobs. The interactive exhibition will showcase the challenges faced by SEN youth and explore potential solutions, encouraging various sectors to promote their integration into the workplace. It will also provide information on workplace inclusion and ESG collaboration, motivating businesses to create job opportunities for SEN youth through freelance work or job matching, thereby fostering social inclusion.
