The Path to Reconciliation– Peer Development, Family Mediation, and Hidden Drug User Support Scheme The program is dedicated to supporting drug rehabilitation participants and hidden drug users through peer support, family therapy and reconciliation, community engagement, helping them rebuild their lives, reduce the risk of relapse, and promote social inclusion. We believe that rehabilitation is not just an individual choice but also requires family and societal support. Therefore, this program provides a range of services designed to restore connections among peers, families, and society, transform experiences, and ultimately enable them to contribute to the community. Key Service Components:  Peer Support – Building a safe space where recovered individuals can support one another, share experiences, reinforce healthy habits, and receive training in peer counseling.  Family Reconciliation – Family counseling, therapeutic activities, and support groups to rebuild relationships and strengthen families as a resource for recovery.  Career & Community Reintegration – Career planning, job placement, and volunteer opportunities to enhance employability and facilitate social reintegration.  Hidden Drug User outreach & Support – Training suitable recovered individuals as peer counselors to engage in outreach, identify hidden drug users, and support them in seeking help. Through this program, we strive to provide comprehensive support, empower individuals and families, and foster a more inclusive and compassionate society. We also hope that this program can promote a profound understanding and acceptance of recovered individuals among the public, giving them all the opportunity to restart a fulfilling life.
