Rhys Workshop is a community garment factory located in Lai Chi Kok, specializing in providing one-stop product and ESG solutions for businesses, organizations, and brands. It is committed to supporting the employment of women and individuals with disabilities. Rui Cheng integrates elements of Hong Kong manufacturing, recycling fashion waste and upcycled design, inclusive design, and the well-being of caregivers, the elderly, and people with disabilities, to deliver high-quality products and services to enterprises. Since 2018, Rhys has collaborated with multiple NGOs to train grassroots and marginalized communities, providing flexible employment training and opportunities for up to 150 individuals, encouraging them to leverage their strengths, reconnect with society, and build independent lives.
