SideBySide received funding from the Housing Bureau to build two transitional housing projects, namely "Good Mansion" in Hung Hom and "Good House" in Tai Po, to alleviate the urgent housing needs when people are waiting for public housing. "Good Mansion" and "Good House" will provide 491 and 276 units respectively, and are expected to launch in June and August this year.
Residents will be offered diversified social services and comprehensive family support to build sense of personal fulfillment and social capital in the community.
