The project includes 50 Medication Education Workshops led by professionals from multicultural communities, focusing on improving medication safety practices. 
Participants will learn about essential topics such as the management of the "3 Highs," vaccination awareness, and medication considerations during pregnancy. 
Additionally, we will train 10 pharmacy students as volunteers to enhance their cultural sensitivity by helping them understand the unique backgrounds and medication challenges faced by ethnic minorities in Hong Kong.
To further empower these communities, we are upgrading the PharmCare medication management app by adding support for five new languages: Nepali, Urdu, Vietnamese, Punjabi, and Bahasa Indonesia. 
This initiative aims to remove language barriers, ensuring individuals can effectively manage their medications and access critical health information. 
Through these efforts, we aspire to create a more inclusive healthcare environment that addresses the diverse needs of all community members.
