“Yanger Life Guide Service”  -- The service areas of Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service (Senior Citizen Services) include District Integrated Services, Neighbourhood Centres, Community Care Services, Home Care Services, Day Care Services, Carer Support and Residential Services.  

The program promotes the "Yanger Life Guide Service," which aims to engage in discussions about life and death with the elderly and to promote advance care planning. Additionally, Choi Hung Integrated Home Care Team has launched the "Visible Participation" Compassionate Community Action Support service. This initiative provides home care services for terminally ill patients living in the community while also supporting the needs of caregivers to reduce their caregiving pressure.
