It is a three-year project implemented in Kwun Tong District by using the cross-sector collaboration model of "community-welfare-business" to promote a caring and inclusive community. Through outreach strategy, such as street counters and talks, the project aims to raise the community's concern for the mentally disabled and their caregivers. Besides, by recruiting and training the community members to become "Inclusive buddy", which help strengthen care and support for the mentally disabled and their caregivers. The project also will build caregivers networks for mutual support and connect different business sectors to form a collaborative network.
