"Mental Health Human Library" is one of our public education services. The service started in 2016. A group of mentally ill people in recovery and their family members have share their life stories in the community, practice self-help and mutual help, and thereby enhance self-worth. The public can also break misunderstandings and discrimination against mental illness. To date, more than 190 human Library activities have been successfully held, with more than 10,000 public participants. Over the years, our human Library has helped mentally ill people in recovery against discrimination and has won support from different professional sectors and social welfare groups.
