The program aims to enhance the proper medication awareness and medication management skills of ethnic minorities. Firstly, participants will attend educational workshops conducted by registered pharmacists from ethnic minority backgrounds to learn basic knowledge and medication education through medication icons. Secondly, they will use the "PharmCare" medication management app, which will add support for five different languages to facilitate its use among ethnic minorities, enabling them to establish a regular medication routine. Lastly, pharmacy students will be trained to become volunteers for the workshops in order to better meet the needs of the ethnic minority community.
