Mental health is part of sexual health. 1 in 4 Hong Kong workers suffer symptoms of depression and anxiety – 2.5 times the global average. Some communities are particularly unable to access inclusive and comprehensive health services due to factors such as background, identity, sexual orientation and societal labels. 

MY WELLBEING service under MY PLACE aims to address mental health issues in relations to sexual health. Our professional counsellors and sex therapists will provide affirmative and inclusive counselling services to serve the community. With the goal of promoting holistic health, MY WELLBEING also tailors’ staff mental health program for corporates including mental health workshop, anti-stigma sharing, counselling and hotline services.
