Generation Hong Kong and The D. H. Chen Foundation co-created the "Guardians of The Silver Age" programme in 2020.  With the purpose of enabling quality senior living by "redefining elderly care" and driving the innovation and development of the industry.  The core value of the program is 'Compassed-based elderly care'.  

In the past three years, the "Guardians of The Silver Age" programme has over 200 graduates trained through 15 cohorts, 8-week bootcamp, more than 80% of them are now the new driving force in the industry.

To achieve our purpose, we are keen to collaborate with like-minded organisations to develop and deliver compassion-based, elder-care centric training courses to grow talent necessary to meet the needs of the organisation and industry.
