Around 1 in 7 individuals in Hong Kong are estimated to experience a common mental disorder, but a significant majority of those affected do not seek professional assistance. Consequently, many people suffer silently due to limited awareness of their condition. The objective of this project is to create an application that utilizes various multimodal measurements, including facial expressions analysis, voice analysis, and Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA). By recording the expression of the current mood state on a daily basis, the app empowers the users to actively participate in the monitoring of their mental well-being. The collected data is then transformed into valuable insights, serving as a reference point for mental health professionals. These insights provide a deeper understanding of the user's emotional state, enabling more effective support and guidance.
