Exhibitor Detail: Jockey Club Yan Chai Community Hub (Community Well-being Hub cum Care Services for Family with Children Living in Sub-divided Units of Tsuen Wan):
1) Providing extended living space for the SDU residents, such as community wellness hub and community kitchen, so as to facilitate mutual support and cohesion among them and their families;
2) Enhancing the SDU residents' resilience through encourage healthy behaviors, proactive participation and supports gained from community wellness hub;
3) Developing the social capital by increasing the SDU residents' empowerment, strengthening community support networks and promoting mutual help among residents and their families;
4) Improving the SDU residents' existing home safety/environment, and ensure home safety through educational activities, home assessments and related interventions.
