The booth theme of Sai Kung District Community Centre is "Mobile Primary Health Care in Sai Kung Rural for Elders". Due to geographical and transportation limitations, they face difficulties in accessing mainstream healthcare services such as government clinics and nearby hospitals. The goal of the program is to establish the "first point of contact" for a healthcare system in the rural areas of Sai Kung, providing mobile primary health care services to residents. Through collaboration among interdisciplinary professionals in the medical and social sectors, the program provides mobile or home-based medical services, including traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. It also alleviates caregivers' burdens, reduce hospital admissions, and achieve "aging in place" within the village.
