Exhibitor Detail: Hair Rejuvenation was established in 2016, and it is the only scalp care social enterprise founded by individuals with hearing impairments in the local community. We specialize in hiring deaf or hearing-impaired individuals as hair care specialists, providing on-the-job technical training to empower this vulnerable community with valuable skills and help them discover their self-worth. Additionally, we are committed to creating an inclusive work environment and philosophy that promotes harmony between the hearing and hearing-impaired. We actively participate in community events that foster integration between the hearing and hearing-impaired, organize workshops, and promote sign language culture within our stores. Through the social enterprise model, our goal is to provide a fair working environment for deaf employees and simultaneously educate the general public on how to communicate with and coexist with hearing-impaired individuals, advocating for respect and acceptance to eliminate misconceptions about the deaf community.
