申請須知

申請參展的單位必須確認此申請表提供的資料均真確無誤。
主辦方對參展單位的參展事宜，以及所有展區的分配和相關安排，擁有全權及絕對酌情權。依此申請表內容所遞交的申請一經接納，參展單位將不可撤回其申請。有關其他細節，主辦方將適時聯繫參展單位。
已確認的參展單位應清楚理解須知悉博覽會場內均不容許任何形式的商品及/ 或服務的銷售、或訂購等行為。
申請單位同意並許可主辦方使用此申請表所提供的資料作審查、評估、推廣及其他相關用途。申請單位亦已閱讀並同意以下之個人資料收集聲明。

個人資料收集聲明

主辦方理解其根據香港“個人資料（私隱）條例”（“條例”）收集、持有、處理或使用個人資料的責任。個人資料只會出於合法及相關目的而收集，並會採取一切可行步驟，確保主辦方所持有的個人資料準確無誤。主辦方將採取一切可行措施確保個人資料的安全，並避免未經授權或意外的查閱、刪除或其他用途。
提供個人資料與否，純屬你自己個人意願。請注意，如果你沒有向我們提供所需的個人信息，主辦方可能無法處理你的申請。請注意，主辦方在申請過程中收集的個人信息將用於與申請直接相關的目的，包括但不限於處理申請，通知相關申請人等。所有提供的個人信息將被保密。
根據“條例”，你有權查明主辦方是否持有你的個人資料，並要求主辦方通知你持有的個人資料類型。你也有權獲得數據的副本並更正任何不準確的數據。你也可以要求主辦方終止處理你的個人資料，或刪除相關資料。

Notes to Applicants

The applicant certifies that all information given in this application is true and accurate.
The Organiser has the sole and absolute discretion in relation to the admission of Exhibitors as well as allotting and relevant arrangements of all exhibition areas. Once the application made pursuant to this application form is accepted, the Exhibitors shall not be entitled to withdraw their application for the exhibition. The Organiser would contact admitted Exhibitors for other details in due course.
All selected Exhibitors should be aware that NO ordering, sale or soliciting of goods and services should take place at Expo.
Applicant agrees and consents to the Organiser to use information given in this application form for review, evaluation, promotion and other relevant purposes. Applicant has also read and consented to the Personal Information Collection Statement in the following section.

Personal Information Collection Statement

The Organiser recognises its responsibilities in relation to the collection, holding, processing or use of personal data under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (the Ordinance). Personal data will be collected only for lawful and relevant purposes and all practicable steps will be taken to ensure that personal data held by the Organiser is accurate. The Organiser will take all practicable steps to ensure security of the personal data and to avoid unauthorized or accidental access, erasure or other use.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. Please note that if you do not provide us with the required personal information, the Organiser may not be able to process your application. Please note that personal information collected by the Organiser during this application process would be used for purposes directly related to the application, including but not limited to processing applications, notifying relevant applicants, etc. All personal information provided would be kept confidential.
Under the Ordinance, you have the right to ascertain whether the Organiser holds your personal data and request the Organiser to inform you of the type of personal data held by it. You also have the right to obtain a copy of the data and to correct any data that is inaccurate. You may also request the Organiser to terminate processing and handling your personal data, or to delete the relevant data.
