Dialogue In The Dark (HK) Foundation is committed to bringing new perspectives of social inclusion, diversity, and equality to the general public, education, corporate, and tourism sectors of the community. In public education, our "Dark" and "Silence" experiential learning programs allow participants to personally experience the challenges faced by visually impaired individuals and the deaf, fostering empathy and mutual understanding. We provide dark and silence experience for schools and corporates, such as dark tour, silence programs, tailored training workshops, etc. We also hosted the world's first "Concert in the Dark" curated by visually impaired individuals, showcasing the creativity of People of Differences (PoDs) and breaking down prejudices. In terms of empowerment, we strive to reduce workplace inequality through job training, job shadowing, and job matching, enhancing the competitiveness of PoDs. In 2023, Dialogue in the Dark launched the "Inclusive 100" movement, collaborating with corporates to promote workplace inclusion. Additionally, we organize the "I&D Arena", using sports to bridge gaps and foster equality and harmony in society. Our goal is to transform Inclusion & Diversity into tangible actions and outcomes, empower PoDs, eliminate social biases, and foster social inclusion to reduce inequalities.
